Each chapter is intentionally short. You can read a day’s entry with a cup of tea some in fifteen minutes, some in twenty. There is also a companion workbook with reflection questions for each day and a full life audit. Use it after each chapter, or at the end, whichever feels right.

This is not a book about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully yourself the version of you who keeps promises, builds the life they want, and goes to sleep feeling good about how the day was spent.
